We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support various events in the Charlotte area. This role is perfect for those who want flexible, occasional work while gaining hands-on experience in event setup and operations. Duties may vary depending on the event and location.

Qualified Candidate Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Support event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, equipment, etc.)
• Perform general labor tasks as needed during events
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities depending on event needs
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and event timelines

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
• Previous warehouse, general labor, or event experience is a plus, but not required
