Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Intake Coordinators, helping coordinate in-home provider care for clients in our community through our PAS (Personal Assistance Services) and PHC (Primary Home Care) programs.If you have a passion for helping people and enjoy a collaborative, mission-driven environment, apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and caseworkersReceive incoming referrals and verify eligibility for servicesSupport communication with 2-1-1, Maximus, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentationManage high call volumes and conduct timely follow-upsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredExperience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial servicesBasic understanding of managed care organizationsPrevious professional work experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage high-volume calls and multitask effectivelyFlexibility to work overtime as neededBilingual in English and Spanish requiredPreferredAssociate degree1–2 years of experience in a healthcare office settingJob TypeFull-timeMonday through Friday8-hour shiftsOvertime as neededBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leave
