Due to the recent increase in demand for products and services, our Southeast division is opening new locations and creating customer facing jobs to better support our client base. The Communications team will actively seek out and engage prospective customers. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to industry leading revenue growth.Daily Responsibilities include:Product/Service Knowledge: Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets theirProviding feedback: Provide feedback to the management team that can help improveMandatory training sessions: Attend training sessions to acquire system knowledge, gain an understanding of sales strategies, and stay up to date on products andQualifications:Must be able to commute to the office every day1-2 years experience in a customer facing roleExcellent ability to build and manage relationshipsSelf motivated, team player, and trainableUnrelenting drive to understand customer needsThose with experience or interest in any of the following categories will do well in this role: Sales, marketing, customer service, retail, athletics, restaurant, teamwork, training, campaigns, leadership, communication, outreach, advertising, business development, hospitality, adaptability, promotions, teams, clubs, fitness, problem solving, military, entrepreneurship, delivery, negotiation skills, products and services.
