Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities supporting the production of high-voltage power supplies and electronic assemblies. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating across engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence.

Manufacturing processes include:
- Through-hole and surface-mount PCB assembly
- Custom transformer winding
- Potting and encapsulation processes
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
- X-ray inspection and analysis
- Electrical testing and validation
Manufacturing Engineering Leadership
- Lead efforts to transition products from prototype development into full-scale production.
- Develop, validate, and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
- Support production teams by resolving manufacturing and process-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with high-voltage power supplies, power electronics, or related electronic products strongly preferred.
- Prior experience leading projects, process improvements, or technical teams is highly desirable.
