About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing to play a pivotal role in the transformation of sales performance management. This executive will be responsible for the demand, ops, field, and BDR functions, with a focus on operational excellence and precise execution. The successful candidate will be the architect of the company's GTM operating system, orchestrating the demand engine, field initiatives, and prospecting functions to create a high-performing ecosystem. Key responsibilities include owning pipeline and revenue KPIs, designing performance measurement architecture, and championing AI-native marketing operations. The role also involves auditing and scaling the marketing tech stack, installing an operating cadence for financial accountability, and partnering with corporate and product marketing to ensure on-brand campaigns. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of GTM leadership experience, with a strong background in enterprise demand generation and a proven track record in managing BDR or sales development teams. The role requires expertise in architecting measurement systems, managing cross-functional teams, and integrating AI-based workflows into marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, particularly the land-and-expand model, and experience in orchestrating high-value in-person experiences. A disciplined leadership style, a builder mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment are essential for this position.
