Document Services Representative

What You’ll Do * Process, sort, scan, and index incoming documents with a high level of accuracy and efficiency * Route documents through imaging and workflow systems to appropriate business areas * Research and retrieve policyholder and claims information using internal systems * Apply document classification and handling guidelines to ensure proper processing and compliance * Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround standards in a fast-paced production environment * Support critical business operations by helping ensure timely access to important documents and information What We’re Looking For

The salary range for this position is $15.37-$23.67 hourly.
