About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our high-performing team. You'll manage a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish - ensuring clients receive consistent communication, compassionate support, and exceptional representation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake to resolution, ensuring each client receives personalized attention.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer compassionate support throughout their legal journey.
• Coordinate and oversee clients' medical treatments, ensuring timely and appropriate care to support their recovery and case.
• Gather, organize, and analyze evidence to build strong cases that effectively tell each client's unique story.
• Draft persuasive demand letters that highlight the impact of injuries and advocate for fair compensation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to strategize and execute case plans that align with our mission of relentless advocacy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case activities, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring personalized client attention.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, providing regular updates and support.
