This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community. Primary Responsibilities: Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization. Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing. Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
