Bartender

Job TitleResponsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages based on customer request in a timely manner, following health, safety, and sanitation standards.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner while providing an exceptional experience.Verify identification and age requirements of customers.Mix traditional and creative cocktails.Use POS system to enter orders, take payments and manage inventory.Clean glasses and bar utensilsDetermine supplies needed and coordinate production with serving hours.Monitor all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld.Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.Attend all in-services as required.Responsible for following all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
