Benefits & Extras Direct hire opportunity with a quickly growing business Expected company growth creates room to expand your impact over time Highly collaborative, open team environment Work closely with project management and operations leadership Opportunity to help transition and build accounting processes within the business unit Compensation Up to $90,000 annually, DOE What You’ll Be Doing Review and analyze project financial data, budgets, invoices, payables, and receivables Support project managers with accounting inquiries, reporting, and financial issue resolution Monitor contract requirements, invoicing, revenue recognition, and project compliance Prepare project status reporting, cost controls, projections, and variance analysis Maintain contract documentation, budgets, cost estimates, and monthly cost reports Partner with project teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making Support internal standards, policies, procedures, and special projects What You’ll Need to be Considered Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Project accounting or cost accounting background Construction, utility, or related project-based industry experience Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and internal controls Advanced Excel skills ERP experience; JD Edwards is a plus How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
