As a Logistics Coordinator , you’ll manage day-to-day transportation activities to ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily shipments, including carrier assignment and load tracking Communicate shipment details and updates to internal teams and carriers Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to support on‑time delivery Monitor freight rates and support carrier compliance Resolve routine transportation issues and escalate when needed Support cost control efforts and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience Knowledge of freight operations and transportation processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/TMS experience (JDE/Oracle preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel up to 5–10% Rehrig Pacific Company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
