The Property Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential property management, working closely with a small team and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This primarily office-based role involves managing tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance, and vendor interactions to ensure smooth property operations and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
- Manage lease agreements and renewals efficiently
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards
- Oversee rent collection and manage delinquency follow-up
- Market available units and handle leasing processes
- Resolve conflicts and disputes in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with property management software
- Strong tenant relations and lease administration skills
- Experience coordinating maintenance and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Effective conflict resolution, communication, and organizational abilities
