The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and leasing, along with excellent customer relationship management skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring the satisfaction of our tenants and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities Assist in the management of property leasing processes, including tenant screenings and lease agreements. Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively. Utilize Yardi or similar property management software for record-keeping, tenant communications, and financial tracking. Manage conflict resolution among tenants and facilitate communication to promote a harmonious living environment. Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and other relevant housing laws. Negotiate lease terms and renewals with prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates. Maintain accurate files for all tenant-related documents, including leases, correspondence, and maintenance records. Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
