Technical Project Manager

Overview Job#: 3041322 Client: Charter Communications Position: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Through EOY+++ 4x/week onsite, 1x/week remote Responsibilities The infrastructure team is seeking a project manager to join a group of about 10 PMs and program managers. This role will be on the BAU side and primarily responsible for reviewing and progressing tickets to keep teams on schedule. It is important to be generally aware of the scope and health of downstream teams to progress toward goals and timelines. The person will work with four infrastructure-focused technical teams and will not include project initiation or completion, but will focus on ticket status, workflows, and providing/receiving direction. Main duties include creating status reports, verifying milestone completion, monitoring scope, and performing other duties as assigned by senior project/program managers. Some IT exposure is preferred as projects will be based in application, database, and software technologies. The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, and capable of helping ensure timely project delivery.
