Enrollment Specialist (FL)

Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $22 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description Our Enrollment Specialist conducts face‑to‑face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services that support the self‑direction model of care. The role serves as an advocate and promoter of self‑direction by educating consumers and facilitating their understanding of this approach. Responsibilities Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (e.g., families, guardians) in a timely manner. Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate. Recommends improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Upholds company values and mission. Other duties as assigned. Education Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred. Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position. Experience and Qualifications 1 year of experience in a related field. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with personal computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
