Substance Use Support Worker
Lutheran Social Services
Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Substance Use Support Worker to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing substance use challenges. In this mission-driven role, you will assist with intakes, basic assessments, and care coordination; teach harm reduction and relapse prevention skills; and connect clients with housing, behavioral health, medical, and social services. You will document services in our EHR, assist with groups, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a values-based, inclusive environment focused on dignity, recovery, and social justice.
