Diabetes Sales Associate - Plainfield, NJ

Abbott seeks a Diabetes Sales Associate to drive sales of FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring products in assigned territories. The role focuses on building healthcare provider relationships, meeting sales quotas, and expanding market presence across primary care and endocrinology channels.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas for FreeStyle Libre portfolio in assigned territory
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators
- Prospect for new business and close sales across HCP, managed care, retail, and point-of-care channels
- Create territory and account plans with goals, timelines, and action items
- Track progress and document activities using sales reporting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience with successful track record
- Excellent communication skills and high energy
- Healthcare industry sales experience preferred
- B2B sales background preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Valid driver's license for territory travel
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
