Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Advanced Java, Sprint Boot, React, Kafka, Oracle, DevSecOps, Test Automation Backend : Java 11+/17 , Spring Boot Spring MVC Frontend : Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript Database : Oracle / SQL Server / MongoDB DevOps/Cloud : Git , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes , AWS / Azure / GCP 8+ years of software development experience. 2+ years in a Technical Lead role. Experience leading distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects. BFSI domain experience is highly desirable for banking and financial services engagements. Test Automation – Selenium CI/CD Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies. Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Full Stack Development Develop backend services using: Java 11+/17 Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Kafka/Messaging systems Develop frontend applications using: Angular / React JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases. Architecture & Solution Design Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions. Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks. Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals. Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies. Project & Delivery Management Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders. Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks. Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Quality & Governance Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met. Monitor production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
