Full Stack Developer Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $55-$60/hr W2 USC/GC Only Note: W2 candidates only. No C2C or third-party layers. Candidates must be available for recruiter screening and a mandatory technical assessment. Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in end-to-end web application development, Agile delivery, and modern CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will build secure, scalable, and resilient applications across the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborateacross development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshootand continuously improve application performance and reliability.
- Strongfull stack development experience.
- Proficiencyin one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Experiencewith CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application security, and resiliency.
- Understandingof the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experiencewith build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and development tools.
- StrongAgile/Scrum experience.
- Publiccloud platform experience.
- Infrastructureautomation experience.
- Experiencewith Agile ceremonies and backlog management tools.
