Job Overview

Perfecto Staffing is seeking a driven, outgoing, and results-focused Bilingual Business Development Associate to grow our client base and expand Perfecto’s presence in the market.

This role is all about creating opportunities: identifying companies with staffing needs, getting in front of decision-makers, building genuine relationships, and turning those conversations into long-term staffing partnerships.

The ideal candidate is competitive, personable, persistent, and comfortable hearing “not right now” without hearing “never.”

Salary is $65,000-$70,000 plus commision

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, clerical, and other target industries.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, operations managers, warehouse managers, plant managers, and other hiring decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s staffing challenges, hiring volume, turnover, schedules, and workforce needs.
• Present Perfecto Staffing’s services and develop solutions tailored to each client.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, facility tours, presentations, and follow-up conversations.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, service agreements, and other materials needed to close new business.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and follow-up cadence.
• Track prospecting activity, opportunities, meetings, and client communication in the CRM.
• Partner closely with Perfecto’s recruiting and operations teams to ensure new accounts can be staffed successfully.
• Develop existing accounts by identifying additional departments, locations, shifts, or positions Perfecto can support.
• Stay informed about local hiring trends, competitors, new facilities, expansions, and companies experiencing high-volume hiring needs.
• Represent Perfecto at networking events, job fairs, industry events, and community organizations.
• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals and monthly/quarterly revenue and new-business targets.
