About the Role As we continue to grow, we're looking for creative professionals who are passionate about design, branding, and bringing products to life. At EnVogue International, you\'ll collaborate across teams to create impactful packaging for home textiles, home décor, and licensed brands sold by major retailers. As Senior Packaging Designer , you will lead the design and execution of retail packaging from concept through production. You\'ll partner with Design, Product Development, Sales, Sourcing, and overseas factories to create packaging that is visually compelling, production-ready, and aligned with brand and retailer standards. Responsibilities Design and develop retail packaging for home textiles, home décor, and licensed products from concept through production. Develop production-ready artwork, packaging specifications, dielines, and technical documentation for global manufacturing partners. Design labels, hangtags, inserts, belly bands, and other packaging components that align with brand and retailer requirements. Maintain brand consistency across owned brands and licensed properties while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and licensing requirements. Produce product mockups, photo retouching, and presentation materials to support customer meetings and sales initiatives. Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, and global manufacturing partners to ensure packaging is accurate, cost-effective, and production-ready. Ensure packaging meets retailer requirements, labeling regulations, quality standards, and print specifications. Research packaging trends, materials, print techniques, and sustainable solutions to drive innovation. Manage multiple packaging projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in packaging design/branding, preferably in home textiles or goods such as bedding, kitchen, rugs, furniture, tabletop, home décor, candles, electronics, houseware, kitchenware, lighting, and other relevant categories. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop. Experience in various packaging types, materials, and production methods.
