Construction Loan Review & Compliance Specialist
Columbia Banking System
Columbia Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administration professional to oversee and coordinate construction loan underwriting activities, including due diligence, equity verification, draw monitoring, and loan disbursements. You will work with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with credit approvals and CLA requirements. You will analyze construction documents, budgets, designs, and contracts; prepare CRCs for credit submissions; and identify equity and closing #J-18808-Ljbffr Columbia Banking System
