Commercial Roofing Estimator Austin, TX | In-Office Compensation $70K–$90K base This role is for someone who understands commercial roofing and wants fewer surprises after bid day. Why Estimators Look at This Role Commercial projects only (no residential) Scopes are built to be executed — not rewritten later Strong alignment with PMs and field teams Leadership understands roofing systems and sequencing Stable backlog and repeat clients What You’ll Do Estimate commercial roofing projects Review plans, specs, and site conditions Build scopes, takeoffs, and pricing Prepare bids, proposals, and submittals Identify risk before award Support clean handoffs to PMs and operations Stay involved post-award when questions come up Project Types Commercial & industrial buildings Multifamily / mixed-use Institutional work Roofing Systems
