The dealership is located in Orem, UT and offers assistance by visit, call, text, or email. Role Description This full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role is based at iDrive Utah in Orem, UT. The Automotive Technician will perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake services. The role includes diagnosing mechanical issues, completing repairs, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The technician will work on suspension setups and adjustments for lifted and leveled trucks, assist with pre-sale vehicle preparation, and support the customization process. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate service records, keeping the workspace organized, collaborating with the sales and service teams, and communicating clearly with leadership about vehicle status and repair needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance, routine Maintenance & Repair, and general Automotive Repair. Candidates should possess skills in performing Oil Changes and related fluid services. Candidates should possess skills in Suspension work, including lifted and leveled truck setups. Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology is beneficial. Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably with trucks or off-road setups, is beneficial. Ability to use diagnostic tools, follow repair manuals, and adhere to safety procedures is beneficial.
