Job Description This position supports the growth of our B2B clients by developing signage, print, direct mail and promotional product solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys juggling multiple projects, drafts estimates quickly, processes orders, and manages sign and printing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist customers with order and estimate inquiries via phone, e‑mail and in‑person at our downtown office. Accurately understand our customers’ sign/print/marketing needs and communicate best solutions. Manage customer's estimates and orders from start to finish—intake of sign/print specs, draft accurate estimates, review print‑ready files, prep order for production and ensure job completion on or before due dates. Communicate effectively with all departments, co‑workers and vendors to meet customer needs and internal workflow best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the sign and/or print industry with a focus on customer and internal production support. Positive, upbeat approach to communicating with co‑workers and clients. Must enjoy interacting with customers on the phone, via e‑mail and in‑office meetings. Passionate about sign and print design and production. Comprehensive understanding of all steps involved in coordinating print and sign projects for production. Direct mail marketing experience is a plus; knowledge of postal regulations, EDDM rules and mailing list processing. Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus; experience with Adobe CS programs, variable data setup and light design/pre‑press is beneficial. Self‑starter who can research, ask questions and work independently to complete internal and client projects without supervision. Able to learn new software and technology quickly; experience with Printer’s Plan or similar print/sign processing software is a plus. Experience 2 years of successful inside sales/customer service experience in sign and/or print production. Proven ability to communicate professionally with B2B customers by phone, e‑mail and in‑office consultation meetings. Technologically savvy, with an ability to grasp new computer systems. Basic math skills and an understanding of how estimating works. Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, eye for color and design. A verified history of teamwork, managing stress, raising a hand for help, and multitasking to keep projects on track.
