Device Molding Technician

Becton Dickinson seeks a Production Molding Operator to handle materials, perform inspections, and maintain molding equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role operates on a 12-hour alternating night shift with a rotating schedule and requires attention to quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and transport molded products to designated locations
• Perform visual and manual product inspections against quality specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery, work area, and floors per manufacturing standards
• Monitor equipment operation and communicate issues to supervisors and senior technicians
• Support team continuity during breaks and staff absences

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years production environment experience preferred, injection molding preferred
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Normal corrected vision to 20/40 and sufficient hearing for equipment operation
• Willingness to wear required PPE including safety glasses, masks, and hearing protection
