Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President or Senior Vice President, Business Leadership to lead a high-profile Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) client relationship. This role requires a strategic, collaborative leader who thrives in complex environments and excels at bringing diverse stakeholders together to drive business results.

As a senior leader, you will oversee integrated teams, guide strategic marketing initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and agency partners. You will play a meaningful role in aligning multiple rigors around a shared vision while helping teams navigate competing priorities with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex QSR client business and foster strong senior-level client relationships.

• Drive integration across internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee and lead integrated agency teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence.

• Provide strategic counsel that connects marketing initiatives to broader business objectives.

• Navigate complex organizational dynamics and facilitate productive decision making.

• Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Ensure projects, priorities, and resources remain aligned to deliver impactful business outcomes.

• Present recommendations, strategies, and work confidently to senior leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of account leadership experience within an agency environment.

• Experience supporting QSR brands, with franchisee model experience strongly preferred.

• Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex partner relationships.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational and project leadership capabilities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build alignment across diverse groups.

• Track record of successfully leading challenging client relationships and high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to executive and C-suite audiences.

• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

• Experience managing multi-agency partnerships and coordinated marketing programs.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $174,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
