Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of complex M&A transactions in the Healthcare industry, orchestrating business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase of the deal lifecycle.
• Develop and produce premier marketing collateral, confidential information presentations, and management pitches that clearly articulate clients’ value propositions.
• Drive complex valuation and ad‑hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless historical and projected financial modeling.
• Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C‑suite clients, prospective clients, and key professional advisors in the Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop junior bankers, contributing to the firm’s culture of collaboration and intellectual rigor.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of investment banking experience with a proven record of hands‑on M&A execution, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive experience in complex financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and an exemplary academic record.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills; comfortable owning the room and presenting to senior executives and boards.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple high‑stakes project deliverables simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

The firm offers a competitive total compensation package that may include discretionary incentive compensation. The estimated salary range for this role at the time of posting is $250,000 – $250,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
