Job Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, coordinating business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral, confidential presentations, and management pitches that articulate clients' value propositions.
• Lead complex valuation and ad-hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless historical and projected financial modeling.
• Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C‑suite clients, prospective clients, and key advisors in Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior bankers, fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record of hands‑on M&A execution; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree with exemplary academic record from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and public‑speaking skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives and boards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
