Forklift OperatorsSURESTAFF is immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a large, well-known client in Carol Stream, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner according to client expectations. The Forklift Operator is responsible for shipping (outbound), receiving (inbound), material handling, and warehouse organization.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All Temp-To-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-21.50/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shifts include:1st: 6:30am - 3:00pm - $20/HR2nd: 10:00am - 7:00pm - $21.50/HRResponsibilities of the Forklift Operator:Load and unloading inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.Performs picking/packing duties in an efficient and safe manner while meeting customer service and time standards.Label every product and moving them accordingly within the warehouse.Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.Ability to communicate with all levels in within the organization.Strong analytical skills.Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills.Required Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:Previous experience operating a standing and sit-down forklift.Previous experience operating an electric rider pallet jackAt least one-year experience in a warehouse environment.High attention to detail and safety/complianceAbility to lift up to 50lbsAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
