If you like moving with purpose and keeping production running smoothly, this role was made for you. Answer these:
- Can you operate equipment that grinds, stuffs, and racks product?
- Are you comfortable handling pork, beef, chicken, and turkey?
- Do you work safely, follow GMPs, and keep areas clean?
- Can you lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the day?
- Run processing lines: grinding, stuffing, racking, and moving raw meat carriers.
- Use pallet handling equipment to stage materials and move finished/packaging items.
- Maintain spotless, organized production zones at all times.
- Comply with all GMP, safety, sanitation, and plant policies.
- Pitch in with other assignments from your Supervisor as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); solid basic math and writing skills.
- Comfort in a very active environment; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
