Requirements: Procurement experience involving sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management Strong proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system Knowledge of purchase-order processing and procurement documentation Strong project-management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience with Microsoft Teams Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred Knowledge of MRP, production planning, and materials management preferred Forecasting experience is a strong plus Proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving Job Duties: Process purchase orders and track procurement activity in SAP Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and project teams Support production planning and material availability Monitor vendor performance and service metrics Investigate supply-chain disruptions and supplier concerns Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply-chain processes Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations Provide forecasting and planning support as needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
