This role exists to protect inventory accuracy, drive productivity, and support zero-error loading so our customers get what they expect—every time.Key responsibilities include:- Pick and build stable, accurate pallets for outbound delivery- Use RF scanning and basic inventory systems to verify product and quantities- Handle materials safely to reduce breakage and prevent out-of-stocks- Maintain strong safety habits and follow OSHA-aligned warehouse standardsRequired skills/qualifications: - Safe material handling and pallet-building ability- Basic math for precise order fulfillment- Physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs- Teamwork and practical problem-solving- Forklift experience preferredReady to bring energy and accuracy to every pick? You’ll plug into the rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse—scanners beeping, pallets moving, and orders lining up for delivery. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay sharp on accuracy and pace, keeping product flowing while minimizing damage and surprises.
