What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited institution. Class ranking in the top half of the class; top one‑third preferred. Experience with law journals, moot court, or trial teams preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Ability to read and understand complex legal documents. What You’ll Be Doing As a Summer Legal Intern in our Executive Division in Springfield, Missouri, you will work alongside four in‑house attorneys on projects that span regulatory and compliance issues, corporate governance, labor relations, document management, and contract negotiations. This internship provides hands‑on experience in several legal fields and serves as a stepping‑stone to your future career.
