Novant Health seeks a Field Services Analyst to join our IT support team in Charlotte, NC. You will provide technical expertise and top-tier support for end-user devices and peripherals across clinical and corporate environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and knowledge of information security are essential as you assist users and participate in incident response.
