End User Support Technician

Provide responsive end-user IT support Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize client network environments Collaborate with internal engineering teams to remediate complex technical challenges Develop and maintain automation through PowerShell and Python scripting Provide onsite field support as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience providing technical support to external client end users in a managed services (MSP) or similar customer-facing environment Strong knowledge of network support, including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies Experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 services Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki, including navigating the Meraki Dashboard Certifications: CCNA, Network+, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (ECMS) preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing end-user IT support and optimizing network environments, with strong capabilities in automation through PowerShell and Python scripting. Proficient in troubleshooting Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 services, alongside a solid understanding of network technologies.
