Production Clerk/Production AssistantProduction clerks/Production Assistants are responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the production department, including document management, data entry, production planning support, and production-related administrative work. This position requires good organizational skills, communication skills and basic computer skills.Assist the production manager to make and follow up the production plan to ensure the smooth execution of the production plan.Responsible for organizing, archiving and keeping all kinds of documents in the production department.Collect, input and analyze production data to provide data support for production decision.Assist with administrative matters in the production process, such as meeting scheduling, document preparation, etc.Monitor production progress and report any problems or delays to production manager in a timely manner.Assist in keeping production equipment maintenance and maintenance records.Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales and other departments to ensure the timely supply of production materials.Complete other temporary work assigned by superiors.
