Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Operations

Senior Manager leading clinical supply operations and logistics processes at a biopharmaceutical company. Responsible for vendor oversight, team management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support clinical trial supply delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor performance, monitor compliance, and implement corrective actions for distribution partners
- Lead, mentor, and coach clinical supply specialists on inventory, shipment, and documentation tasks
- Develop and enhance clinical supply operational processes through cross-functional collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and support strategic decision-making
- Create performance metrics and analytics to track operational visibility, trends, and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; 8+ years industry or relevant professional experience
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience managing external vendors and stakeholder relationships
- Working knowledge of clinical trial methodology, GCP, and ICH Guidelines
- Demonstrated ability in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams
- Experience with continuous improvement and strategic initiatives
- Master's, MBA, or PharmD preferred in clinical supplies, QA/regulatory, or supply chain
Compensation: $134,400-$219,200 base
