Infant Teacher

We are seeking a kind, dedicated, and energetic Infant Teacher to lead a classroom and help cultivate a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will guide both children and your teaching team, ensuring a classroom culture that supports exploration, growth, and strong foundational development. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with early learning standards. Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom staff, providing guidance and mentorship. Maintain clear, consistent communication with families through daily updates and conversations. Ensure compliance with all school policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and accurate records. Collaborate with school leadership and staff to support a positive and cohesive school culture. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: CDA preferredwith a high school diploma, or a higher degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional childcare experience perferred. CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain). Must pass fingerprinting and background check and meet Georgia state licensing requirements.
