Position Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess functional performance and ADLs
Implement individualized OT treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on safety and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliant documentation
Qualifications:
California OT license
SNF experience preferred
