Program Analyst

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Program Analyst - Administrative Support to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Work closely with Project Leads to maintain, distribute and provide reports and briefings. Schedule, organize, prepare documents, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution. Edit, summarize and organize meeting minutes to provide concise and accurate reporting of meeting discussions, action items and tasking. Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams. Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, project, and program leadership to ensure effective completion of tasking and release of relevant documentation to customers. Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight. Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects. Support document repository generation, organization and QA document control systems. Requirements 3-6 years of professional experience. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Teams Collaboration. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. Preferred Current active DoD Security Clearance. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
