This role exists to keep execution sharp in every outlet and to lead the people and processes that make results happen.Key responsibilities:Build and execute territory goals, promotions, and marketing strategiesMaintain strong customer relationships through regular scheduled visitsLead and develop team members through coaching, training, feedback, and problem resolutionManage orders, inventory, pricing verification, POS placement, and merchandising standardsComplete accurate, timely reporting; collect accounts receivable; troubleshoot delivery/product issuesRequired qualifications/skills:Territory sales, negotiation, presentations, and customer relationship buildingStrong communication, organization, time management, and basic trade mathSupervisory experience; CRM + Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)Valid Class D driver’s licenseReady to make your territory your next win?
