Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, is seeking a Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician to join our team. Responsibilities Inpatient acute rehabilitation for ages 0 to 21, including a new program for NICU infants with feeding difficulty, delayed milestones, and anxiety with handling. Outpatient practice primarily involving cerebral palsy and spasticity management (intrathecal baclofen and botulinum toxin), with potential involvement in multidisciplinary clinics such as Home Ventilator, Hypertonicity/SDR, Spina Bifida, high‑risk infant, and Muscular Dystrophy. Teaching opportunities within the PMR residency program. Research opportunities supported by the department, including projects within the Totally Infants’ Program. Participate in an on‑call pool for Adult Inpatient Rehab units/teams as needed. Lifestyle & Work Hours Typical hours 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Fridays usually earlier. Patient visit length roughly 20–30 minutes for returns and 30–40 minutes for new patients; flexible for new hire. Compensation & Benefits Starting base compensation range: $210,000 – $250,000 (adjusted for experience and faculty rank). Variable compensation and productivity not included. Compensation discussed during recruitment.
