Production SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join in a pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals efficiently. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.Monitor and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.Train, mentor, and oversee production team members to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy.Coordinate and schedule production runs to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including batch records, reports, and logs.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.Communicate production goals, updates, and challenges to management and the production team.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Address and resolve production issues or bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a related field is a plus.Strong understanding of GMP standards and FDA regulations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in using computer systems for production tracking and reporting.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay of $19 – $20 per hour.Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off.Opportunity for growth and professional development within the pharmaceutical industry.A collaborative and supportive work environment.If you're an experienced and motivated leader looking to advance your career in pharmaceutical production, we encourage you to apply today!
