Job Description Advanced Workday professional is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring system integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities Workday Configuration & Optimization Lead advanced configuration of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Prism Analytics. Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles. Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption. Implementation & Project Leadership Serve as a functional lead or subject matter expert for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements. Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.
