Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a dynamic healthcare setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas RN license or compact license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, 12-hour consecutive hours.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and adhere to travel compliance standards.
