The Travel Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Research and recommend travel destinations, activities, and accommodations based on client interests and budget.
• Provide clients with up-to-date travel information, including visa requirements, health advisories, and local customs.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and client interactions in the company database.
• Assist in resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during clients' trips.
• Collaborate with travel vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
• Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with the best options.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
