Established Physician Office-Sharing Opportunity

Eastern Suburbs of Detroit / Grosse Pointe Area

Established private primary care/internal medicine practice in the eastern suburbs of Detroit is seeking an experienced physician who is not quite ready to retire but may want a slower pace, reduced overhead, and a more manageable practice environment.
Must be MD or DO licensed to practice in Michigan . Prefer provider credentialed with most insurances 

Flexible arrangement possible, including shared office space, shared overhead, part-time schedule, independent practice identity, maintaining your own staff, or selectively sharing front- desk/clinical/administrative support if mutually beneficial.   

This may be ideal for a physician with an established patient panel who wants to continue practicing independently while reducing the burden of staffing, technology, insurance changes, facility expenses, and day-to-day practice operations. We use EPIC EHR through the Corewell Health system and we are  Tier1 with Henry Ford St. John campus. Options  include video visit platform,  AI scribe and billing through EPIC.  United Physicians PGIP. 

Our practice has a strong focus on primary care, preventive medicine, diabetes, obesity/weight-loss care, cardiometabolic risk reduction, CGM/diabetes technology support, and care management with pharmacist and dietitian collaboration.
