Hospitalist Days - Laredo, Texas

HNI Healthcare and Doctor's Hospital of Laredo are currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Internal Medicine physician or Family Medicine physician to join the Hospitalist Team at Doctors Hospital. Practicing and graduating residents in 2025 to be considered.

This opportunity Features:

183-bed Level III Trauma Center
24-bed Open ICU
No procedures, no codes
Flexible block scheduling 7 on/ 7 off (7a-7p)
4 physicians rounding daily; 1 physician covering nights
Physician-owned for-profit hospital
EMR-Cerner

About the Hospital

Doctors Hospital of Laredo is a 183-bed acute care facility that offers a range of medical services including 24-hour emergency, ICU and NICU. The hospital is a leader in cancer care and the hospital recently invested $2.7 million to expand and renovate its advanced cardiac surgical suite, solely dedicated to open heart procedures.

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
Board certified, or board eligible, Internal Medicine MD or DO
Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
