Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Deliver advanced orthopedic services to a diverse, multicultural border community population.
• Surgical Collaboration: Work closely alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and a dedicated support team.
• Volume Management: Navigate a high-volume, collaborative practice environment with a quality-focused care approach.
• Digital Workflows: Document all patient care efficiently using the integrated Cerner EMR system.
• Shared Call: Participate in an equitable, team-coordinated shared call rotation schedule

• Salary: Competitive salary base salary plus wRVU bonus

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in orthopedic surgery
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain Texas licensure
• Spanish language skills a plus not required
